Vanilla Whipped Cream
Serves: approximately 2 cups
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a deep bowl, beat together cream, sugar, and vanilla extract with a mixer at high speed until stiff peaks form. Cover, refrigerate, and use within an hour.
