Vanilla Whipped Cream
Serves: approximately 2 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a deep bowl, beat together cream, sugar, and vanilla extract with a mixer at high speed until stiff peaks form. Cover, refrigerate, and use within an hour.
