Sweetened Whipped Cream
Serves: approximately 1 cup
- 1⁄2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fit- ted with a whisk attachment, beat together cream and sugar at high speed until medium stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
