Caramel Crème Filling
- 1⁄2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1⁄2 cup dulce de leche*
- In a medium bowl, beat together mascarpone cheese and dulce de leche with mixer at medium-high speed until combined and creamy. Use immediately, or place in a covered container, refrigerate, and use within a day.
*We used Nestle La Lechera Dulce de Leche Milk-Based Caramel.
