Lemon-Chive Rémoulade
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh chives
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, chives, and pepper. Cover, refrigerate, and use within a day.
