Creamy Horseradish-Dill Sauce
Serves: approximately 1⁄2 cup
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared creamy horseradish
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to combine.
